New APS Football Stadium Update

Albuquerque, NM-  On February 2nd, voters of Bernalillo country approved a $616 million capital improvement package to provide improvements to existing APS schools.  Included in that package is a new sports facility (including a new football stadium) that to be constructed to ease the scheduling issues that exist with the new schools that have been added in recent years and the district having only two existing facilities.  We visited with APS Athletic Director Kenny Barreras to find out about the status of the new sports complex as of today including a new location and size of the facility.
